Prime for judo

Would Prime be beneficial for training judo? I don't lift, only train hard, 2hrs three times a week. It's an intense combination of aerobic and anaerobic activity for two full hours of fighting.

The energy and recovery are attracting me.

It certainly couldn't hurt, and I bet it would help some, though its intended use caters better to weightlifters. I would go with something more aerobic oriented though; something along the lines of rhodiola, beta alanine, cordyceps, ecdysterone, and citrulline malate.

Yes,,

you will recover quicker from exercise.

You will be more explosive and stronger.

As Jacob said, the recovery factor and lack of DOMS onset (alone) will be a crucial effect of PRIME.

I work with a few top D1 wrestling guys and we already have some plans to incorporate PRIME into our templates.
