I plan to follow the 5 day on/2 off pattern for my run with Prime. Is there a preferred pattern to follow?

Should I def take it on workout days?
Should I take it on the days post workout for improved recovery?
For example: I weight train Fri/Sat/Sun, should I take Prime F/S/S/M/T?

Or am I overthinking this?:frustrate:frustrate

No, you are not over-thinking anything! :D It is always useful to seek clarification.

1) Yes, you should definitely take PRIME on workout days. If you train three times a week, you should take PRIME on those workout days, and on the two subsequent days.

2) Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday schedule is fine.

3) I would personally recommend to do 3 x 3 PRIME daily during the first week. This would help optimize the core metabolic processes that would help sustain results after the loading phase. Thereafter, return to the standard dosage regime.
