Prime Dosing....Timing?

So i have been on Prime for a little over a month now and for the first 3 to four weeks i felt absolutely nothing. I was dosing my prime in the middle of my main meals, all containing carbs and protein and at least 10 grams of fat because i read that it absorbs better with fat. For the first bottle i dosed four X's per w/o day, three on one off day and none on the other. Through 1 bottle, and about a quarter of my second i felt nothing. Due to this i have started dosing Prime with fish oil about ten minutes before my meals and now i can actually feel what everyone is talking about. ie strength, all day pumps etc. Has anyone else had this experience?
 
I tend to dose it with food but the few times I didn't I ended up feeling like I was starving. I've noticed the increased hunger since the first week and the random pumps this last week (week 3). If I dose it and don't eat my hunger sky rockets and I almost feel like im gonna be sick if I don't eat.
 
How much fish oil did you take with it?

Well holy sh!t, if it isn't my lil brother sneaking into the forums! Wassup man?? Now, didn't I already tell ya to drop 2.5g fish oil with each serving, plus get some other fats in with those meals? As cj mentioned, 10g fat per meal is a good guideline imo.

Actually, I've been experimenting lately with this protocol: Prime + 1/2 TBS Udo's Oil 3-6-9 Blend (contains 7g fat) with meals 1, 3, & 5. Seems to be working really well - and I love me some Udo's!
 
Ya i have been dosing at least two grams sometimes three with the prime. Ive never heard of the Udo's oil...i was gonna get some natural cocunut oil as ive heard others have had success with it.
 
I take my first dose in the morning with a very high fiber cereal that is also high in omega 3's. Second dose is at lunch and I include a tds of NAtty PB and third is with a preworkout protein shake with 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of oatmeal.

That's fine. I've used it along with carb meals before too, but I think there is better effect & absorption with fat consumption, personal choice, no science to back that up.
