whats the risks if there are any of dosing 7 days a week and will it speed up results if i do it 7 days a week versus 5? Like will i notice the results quicker if i did 7 days rather then 5.
I would go with the 69 protocol, 9 caps on work out days and 6 caps on off days. I always like to take 1 day off a week but it's ok to go 7 days a week. Green MAG creatine and white flood are ok to stack with Prime as well.
