No idea. I just know it goes 9 caps workout days then 6 on off day then one day of the week you take 0 caps of Prime.
i always thought it was 6 on OFF days, 9 on training days and OFF on saturday and sunday
Lol what if you only have Saturday and Sunday as off days? Then its just the 9 protocol
yeah im still debating Prime. I really want to change the routine to a modified DC training routine. for example, on my compound lifts, do DC style as well as all the DC stretches. for the rest, do reverse pyramid of 8-12 reps with accessory lifts high reps.

1/28 - Monday
Today I hit back. its been about 4 hours since the gym and my back is already hurting. I took 1 scoop of jack3d micro and at the end of this entry ill write a mini review. Changed my routine up a bit, but feel free to go back to other pages and compare numbers.

Jack3d Micro Review
The flavor is Fruit Punch. It tasted weird. Not bad but not good. has a tarty taste but the only way i can describe it is "flat and syrup(py)". It isnt bad at all, but just doesnt "wow" you with the great taste. I took 1 scoop along with my creatine and beta alanine. Energy came in slowly and felt it peak about 15 min after i had been in the gym. no crash yet (5 hours later almost). I think I will stay with 1 scoop for some time and slowly bump to 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 scoops.
Idk if it is "DC" stretching but i get on the lat pullover machine and two 2 sets of going up top and holding it as long as i can to stretch and i get on wide grip pull ups and hold it as long as i can
1/29 - Tuesday
Today was chest day. let me explain a few things before i post numbers. for bench, i bring the bar down, rest on my chest for 2 seconds then explode up as well as DC style. this killed my chest! the numbers are a bit lower but i had a great workout. here we go.
Chest
1.) BB Flat Bench - see previous notes above ^^^^^. Also, I did 225 for my sets and that was my first number in my first chest day so even though its harder to do, i still did 225 a harder way vs 225 the normal way at the beginning of the log
- 3 sets DC style as well as two second pause when im bring down the weight. worked with 225 8,4,2
2.) BB Incline

1/31 - Thursday
Tomorrow is my last day on compound 20. I think i have a few days ( maybe ) left on versa 1. I am still on Prime. I won a log and am getting muscle marinade and slinshot so I will be logging that soon (will link all of you). Today I did legs. didnt worry about numbers. did everything sumo style, nice a slow (negatives). on squats i did a 3 second pause at the bottom then squatted up. I did Squats, Deads, Leg Press all sumo. Then lunges and leg extensions followed by sprints. I will weigh in tomorrow and im lifting arms![]()
