Prime + Compound 20 + DAA. Get in here!!

since when did it change to 1 day? back in 2008-2009 everybody was saying 2 days

No idea. I just know it goes 9 caps workout days then 6 on off day then one day of the week you take 0 caps of Prime.
 
i always thought it was 6 on OFF days, 9 on training days and OFF on saturday and sunday

Ya exactly except you only take one day off. There's a thread about it at usplabs from 2011. Just Google usplabs prime 69 protocol.
 
yeah im still debating Prime. I really want to change the routine to a modified DC training routine. for example, on my compound lifts, do DC style as well as all the DC stretches. for the rest, do reverse pyramid of 8-12 reps with accessory lifts high reps.

I did DC with 69 prime protocol (5on2off) paired with DTHC and it was awesome! If you need help setting it up, I'm happy to help!
 
ah dthc...good stuff. Where did they vanish to? Never clicked to me that they aren't here anymore. I've always done 5 on, 2 off as well..

yeah around 2008-2009 thats how everybody ran it. now they are only taking 1 day off. im still gonna do 2 days off.

Jack3d Micro came in!! I will be doing back today and will update this post with my numbers as well as a review on the pre workout. the flavor is fruit punch btw. stay tuned.

Today I hit back. its been about 4 hours since the gym and my back is already hurting. I took 1 scoop of jack3d micro and at the end of this entry ill write a mini review. Changed my routine up a bit, but feel free to go back to other pages and compare numbers.

Jack3d Micro Review
The flavor is Fruit Punch. It tasted weird. Not bad but not good. has a tarty taste but the only way i can describe it is "flat and syrup(py)". It isnt bad at all, but just doesnt "wow" you with the great taste. I took 1 scoop along with my creatine and beta alanine. Energy came in slowly and felt it peak about 15 min after i had been in the gym. no crash yet (5 hours later almost). I think I will stay with 1 scoop for some time and slowly bump to 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 scoops.

Nice workout baller been following this. I'm on day three of micro and I dig it man, never used any other jacked but I love this stuff. I'm dosing about 25-30 min b4 and notice a little tunnel vision at about the end of my ten min warmup. I love the taste. Keep killing it but. Great run thus far.

Solid back day for sure. I'll observe a few mire of your dc style workouts before I start asking questions , I like what u do with it but need a little refresher about it.. Did u do dc stretches?
 
Idk if it is "DC" stretching but i get on the lat pullover machine and two 2 sets of going up top and holding it as long as i can to stretch and i get on wide grip pull ups and hold it as long as i can

Gotcha. Basically I think any long period of intense / weighted stretch would suffice..

Today was chest day. let me explain a few things before i post numbers. for bench, i bring the bar down, rest on my chest for 2 seconds then explode up as well as DC style. this killed my chest! the numbers are a bit lower but i had a great workout. here we go.

Chest

1.) BB Flat Bench - see previous notes above ^^^^^. Also, I did 225 for my sets and that was my first number in my first chest day so even though its harder to do, i still did 225 a harder way vs 225 the normal way at the beginning of the log

- 3 sets DC style as well as two second pause when im bring down the weight. worked with 225 8,4,2

2.) BB Incline
185x10
195x6
200x4

Those arent my normal numbers. its very obvious that BB bench killed me

3.) Flat Press Machine
185x15
205x12
225x8

4.) Incline DB Flys - really deep and slow (negatives)

45x10
50x8 with a drop set of 30x8 with static hold at the end.

i was going to but my chest was shot after my first lift (flat bench) and didnt wanna jump right into heavier weight.

Tomorrow is my last day on compound 20. I think i have a few days ( maybe ) left on versa 1. I am still on Prime. I won a log and am getting muscle marinade and slinshot so I will be logging that soon (will link all of you). Today I did legs. didnt worry about numbers. did everything sumo style, nice a slow (negatives). on squats i did a 3 second pause at the bottom then squatted up. I did Squats, Deads, Leg Press all sumo. Then lunges and leg extensions followed by sprints. I will weigh in tomorrow and im lifting arms :D
