I dunno about anyone else but i have had major stomach discomfort with prime. I started taking it last week and had really bad diarrhea and the following day threw up. so i discontinued use after 2 days. so this morning i decided i would start up again. so i had breakfast 1/2 cup oatmeal, yogurt, milk and 2 eggs. about 20 minutes later i'm in the bathroom puking again. is there any reason prime might be cause me to throw up. i had the prime in the middle of my meal as recommended. i really wanted to use the product but if this continues i'm gonna have to give up on it. any input is appreciated, thanks

I was slightly queesy for several days but it seems to passed now. Might or might not be related to Prime use.

This is the first I have heard of gastrointestinal distress from either of these compounds, but I will look into both the scientific and anecdotal records.

my only assumption would be some kind of intolerance or allergic reaction to one of the ingredients or to something that the pill is coated in etc.

As has been mentioned no-one else has yet reported this, and i myself (who had terrible diahorrea on Anabolic pump) have had no troubles with Prime (or powerful which i've used for months)

:edit: just re reading my post i make it sound like i work at or am affiliated with USP Labs, i'm not in any way, i'm just a person posting a reply

thanks for the input, i have a suspicion it could have been the eggs today. But i have no explanation for the first time.

edit: after having my second meal today, i am sure it is not the eggs because i am having more stomach discomfort.

I had gastro issues with prime in the beginning and posted a question about a week ago in the "quick questtion" thread but didn't get a response...so you're not the only one

It is surprising that PRIME is associated with stomach discomfort. None of its ingredients should trigger such an outcome. As is well-known, "stomach discomfort", as a very elastic term that is colloquially used to describe a very broad range of conditions, can be provoked by a wide array of factors, from stress to acid imbalance, to toxic events, and specific dysfunctions in metabolic processes. Related to this, the state of the intestinal flora before the use of PRIME can make a difference. I know, for instance, that the steroidal saponins in Fenugreek and, to a lesser extent, in Tribulus Terrestris require a well-balanced intestinal flora to be activated and become fully effective. This is why some of the most impressive results on Tribulus Terrestris were reported in Bulgaria, where some of the best yogurt products (with a positive effect on the intestinal flora) are made.
So, it may help to consider taking some digestive enzymes such as bromelain (from pine apple), papain (from papaya), or other alternatives, to help optimize the intestinal flora. Original Bulgarian yogurt may also be an option.

Users that report stomach discomfort after consuming PRIME, but do not wish to use digestive enzymes, may consider reducing their dosage of PRIME and ramping up slowly. If PRIME is the cause of their "stomach discomfort", this regime (start low and ramp up) may help ameliorate the condition until their system "acclimatizes" to PRIME.

Please let us know how things evolve, if you are affected.

Until then, stay PRIMED!

Bump, would it possibly be better to take prim eon an empty stomach since i cant hold down food with it?

You certainly can give it a shot. If you do, please let us know how it went. All the best!

did the stomach discomfort cause vomiting or has it gone away??

no vomiting or feeling of sickness what so ever...its was stomach discomfort, and not unbearable it was more just annoying, I would compare it to the bodies adjustment to folskin (atleast for me) if you have taken a supp. with that in it before...its seems to have subsided for me and it took about a week or so for me to adjust

Did you mean Forskolin? If yes, it was an analogy I also had in mind. I resisted mentioning it, though, because "stomach discomfort" is a well-known possibility with forskolin supplementation, whereas it is more of an exception for PRIME supplementation.

I noticed headaches for the first two days but after that they disapperared- not sure if it was from the prime or not. No stomach issues though.

Be sure to stay hydrated. Always helps.

yup thats whats I meant

I personally believe it is an acidity thing, after AP and P-slin i could no longer tolerate dairy, i am not lactose intolerant and animal proteins made me gassy and had extreme gastro pain. I used a acidophilous, vegi enzyme, and ate alot more fresh veggies. Its been a year and i can now eat acid forming foods without a problem, I believe the products are too acidic (widespread comments of problems) or too effective causing increased natural acids with muscle building and increased excercise volume. Poissibly both.

so adding a supplement such as gut health to prime may help in proper absorption of the nutrients strategic?

Güt Health would help optimize your intestinal flora and make you less susceptible to "stomach discomfort" irrespective of source.
