Mainly from a muscle building Stand point. And when is it basically down hill? Lol I'm in my early 30's and I feel don't feel like I did in my 20's, even late 20's
I mean I believe you can build muscle at any age really, but it'll definitely become harder once your mid 30's hit it varies from person to person though. If you're natural maybe just try to optimize your situation and go with a natural test booster to help out
Thus far it has been better each year. At this rate I believe the point of levels flatlining will be mid 40s and then would require more "exogenous" support. I lift with guys in their mid 40s that would embarrass most 20 somethings.
