Here there response to me asking for a price match.

I just checked the site. The best I can do is $29.95 per 5 pound can. I did compare the ingredient listing (at the very bottom) with ours and there are definite differences.
They're using just plain whey isolate and concentrate but not the more expensive pure non-denatured, specially filtered and ion exchanged cross flow ultrafiltered and microfiltered whey - at least as far as I can tell. It's an expensive process and helps increase bio-availability a lot. This is probably the reason for the cost difference. There are differences in quality of materials used from one to another brand. I've been using our lab for over 10 years because ot the quality. We buy a lot in bulk but the other company is actually selling theirs for less at a profit then we even buy our for!
There are labs we can buy from for a lot less but not the same quality and a lot I just don't trust.

Hopefully this helps. Hopefully you will try our protein but if not will be happy to sell the other items to you!

Sincerely,

Here is my response to them.

Sorry I just can't afford to spend that much on protein. I do not use it for a meal replacement so I don't use more than 2 servings a day. Sometimes I may use more but thats only if I'm in a rush and got to get something in my stomach. This happens very rarely though. Protein powder isn't meant to be a meal replacement . Most of my protein intake comes from real animal protein. If I need to supplement I do just that "supplement". I think the only real difference is yours has the extra vitamins and the taurine and glutamine added and that increases the overall cost. As far as bioavailability goes, whey protein concentrate is 100 on the BV scale. Also Whey protein has a protein digestibility-corrected amino acid score of .99-1.00 and 1.00 is the highest. This scale describes the proportion of amino acids in a protein source as well as it digestibility or how well it is used in the body. Yours may be filtered and processed differently but I don't think that warrents the extra cost.

ALL THE WHEY WINS!!!!!....ALL THE WHEY WINS!!!!. I sent in my order today you guys should have it soon!. Another 10 pounder, this time I am trying the chocolate!.

Here is a response to the email above.

Actually though, depending on the quality, whey can have a much lower bioavailability (like 30 for example). It might not make a lot of difference the way you use it like you said. We look forward to your business on the other items!

Is that bullshit or what?. I don't believe that for an instant. I could ask him to back up that statement, but what the hell let him think what he wants. I'm not buying his shitty protein!.

The only thing that comes close to ATW on value is Protein from whole sale clubs. I can get 6 lbs at mine for around $20, but it doesn't mix well or taste as good as the ATW product.
