Need some good opinions .
What’s the must have ingredients on a supplement label you guys look for when you buy a preworkout powder product .
Would like to have your opinions about the ingredients YOU specifically look for not the brand .

Flash is a great every day option. Also look into seismic surge for the extra energy. Had some great logs I’ll link below.

The best pre-WO I’ve had in years is Super Human “Burn” from Alpha Lion. It has BAIBA and 6-paradol (along with standard ingredients) which causes some crazy thermogenesis.
 
You could try Invalid Link Removed. It's a pretty good stimulating preworkout.

been looking at this. Can you elaborate on your experiences with it please as I’m not looking for a ‘fat burner’ pre per se.

it’s a great pre but really shines as a fat burner. The heat and sweating is second to none. There’s no jittery/overstimulation feeling even at two scoops. I use it daily for its fat burning.
