Prescribed TRT compound cream questions

I am on a compound cream prescription of TRT. The bottle says just to rub on the inside of arms and that's what I do lol......
But I was just curious and had some questions about compound cream/TRT cream. Your answers can be opinionated, I don't care, I'm just curious on everyone's thoughts:

What's the best place to apply the cream?
The best time of day to apply?
Does TRT build up (saturate) in your system like creatine would, or does it have a short life (I apply it every day, so I didn't know if it was a 24 hour life)?
How effective is absorption?

If I didn't ask anything that you also have to say that's important, just write it out! I'm just curious on info/ opinions of TRT. Thanks!
 
Damn, werent you given any application instructions?

Basic trt dermal protocol is apply once per day, every day, in the morning.

Absorption is pretty meh, like Androgel has data in the 8-15% vicinity...but your product should be dosed appropriately and tge amount you apply appropriately effective. Having said that, Im sure your doc will be monitoring via bloods?
 
It should be like any other transdermal so; clavicles, upper chest, inner biceps, inner thighs, tops of feet and around ankles, if you have low bf your ribcage is good too
