I've only run one PH previously, I used pmag w/ nolva pct. never pinned, only PES was the pmag.
Ive changed body comps, no longer power lifting and so far down from 220-185 pretty lean. (5"10, meso)
I'm trying to get leaner and maybe recomp a bit. I'm on a 500cal deficit.
Not sure where to source 11-oxo, id like to know what's legit right now and dosing. I've used search function but I know this stuff changes so I'd like an update. Thanks guys.
