i ordered a blood panel (hormones + lipids) for a baseline, and have my PCT ready for when i need it. i've also been taking glucosamine/chondroitin for a while so i should be good there. do you load up on any other supps leading up to a cycle?

I would preload your cycle support supplement of choice two weeks prior if you have the extra money. Hawthorne berry, found in many cycle supports, can initially increase blood pressure. What cycle are you planning? Whats your pct look like?
Definitely make sure you have a serm in pct. I think that's probably the biggest mistake for a first cycle are people just using an otc pct instead of that and a serm.
Food and water will get you where you want. I like to diet down and cut out the carbs a little before cycling so when on get that rebound.. That is if you are bulking
