Prenatal Vitamins

Well, the topic suggest what I am looking for. Any ladies care to chime in on the best pre natal vitamins, someone is having a baby
 
I've tried a few even thought I wasn't pregnant. I just got them from either Walmart or Target. ☺️ What are your specific questions?
 
Welp, there's so many different brands. I'm not sure if it's the same but I switched over to collagen pills and liked those a lot better. I don't know if it'll be good for a pregnant woman but when I looked at what was in it, it was very similar. Maybe Kat would know more. ?
 
I just took what my Dr prescribed for prenatal vitamins. Just make sure they have a good profile and are a good quality brand.

I'll check these out. My wife buys a formula from Costco with the vitamins and epa/dha that she researched herself and bought. Surprisingly I never looked them up. Spend all this time on myself and can't even hell my wife and baby! How sad lol.
 
Comments from my wife after we tried multiple brands and came back to these were the improved hair and nail growth and energy levels they give over the others. They are priced right too.
