Pre workout to choose i am supreme vs pre kaged

I Am Supreme for sure. But because it has exotic stims, it would be better to run a pre workout like pre kaged after that does not have exotic stims.
 
I love OL but I am supreme is too strong for me. I can do like 1/2 scoop max lol. I like pre Kaged formula other than beta-alanine
 
For me prekaged is packed full of things you don’t need.

You don’t need BCAA, and I don’t think the spectra blend does much preworkout either


IAS has a good stim blend cit and vaso6

However I don’t think many go past a scoop because of the stims

So you get half the ingredients
 
Can't go wrong with OL like others have already stated.. I'd jump on supreme.
 
I’ll stick with pre kaged on this one for sure. You will get more of a stim kick from the I am supreme tgojgh
 
These aren’t even comparable. IA Supreme is a totally loaded stim package that some love and some cannot handle. It’s a special occasion pre for me. Kaged is mostly garden variety Ingredients in good dosages. It’s a good base pre workout. Really depends on what you’re looking for and not sure why narrowed down to these two. I find DVST8 more fun than either
