pre-workout or post-workout for igf-1???

I like it best pre-workout because of the tremendous pump I get during a subsequent workout. But the consensus on this board and others is that post-workout is best for growth.
 
use IGF-1 POST workout. Except the big pumps effect it gives, your muscle cells are in a receptive state after training... basically the same principle as when you take insulin... you take it post-workout in order to prime your muscles... same thing right here ... taking IGF-1 post-workout has the same effect as to throw napalm on fire

Seriously, I think you're right even though someone banned you for some reason. Oh well. Can anyone confirm postworkout as best?
