Pre-workout focus/energy

Curious to what you guys use for preworkout energy/focus, I am looking for something that is not a methyl. I used to use Ultimate Orange before ephedrine got banned.
 
25mg ephedrine HCL
300mg caffeine
2g choline
500mg DMAE
2g tyrosine
1.5g ALCAR
5-10g taurine
5g creatine
300mg ALA or 1-2 GXR's

+ Metallica S&M = best workouts ever.

Too much ****. How would just taurine and CEE work? Or taurine alone?
 
They would work great. Especially on the pump side of things(if you care about that).

The stack I showed works out quite cheap if you buy in bulk.
