pre workout drink?

is there a good preworkout drink that doesnt contain creatine and espicially caffeine??Also, what is a great transdermal fat loss product??
 
Yea, Build your own its fun! I have seen a few without creatine, and a few without caffeine but not both, if I find one I will post it. I know in animal pump if you take out the red pill that's the caffeine one, maybe ask them which one is the creatine pill although you did say drink but its an idea. I'm the same way I have tried pills pre-workout but I love sipping on a drink instead and playing some PS3 haha
 
ya, what is a transdermal, im guessing like a cream you rub on to shrink subcutaneous fat cells?

Found one, if you don't mind pills try Hemodraulix, its got your pump factors, beta alanine and as an added bonus its got ARACHIDONIC ACID in it with no creatine or caffeine in it

That is probably the best recommendation for what he was asking for. Very nice.
 
shane you should just buy some bulk beta and arginine akg and mix it with some fruit juice. anadraulic pump looks average an is overpriced for what you are getting, the two indrediants used for vasodilation is arginine and beta and fruit juice has some simple carbs which are important pre workout(and post). and no clue about the transdermal seems like a waste of money
 
You can try Yohimburn ES from the anafit store for a transdermal, I think Primordial performance sells something similar but I don't recall...But this should not be used unless you are already very lean. It worked for me when I was. :(
 
I use a homebrew of A-AKG, XTEND, ALCAR, and Kre-Alkalyn... you can nix the kre-alk to take out the creatine .. but this brew give me a good pump and great fcous/energy factor without the stims.. im loving bulk ALCAR and its affects!
 
I used beta-nox and you feel your blood is pumping. It also gives extremely high energy to you and you also feel mentally better

For preworkout drinks without creatine or caffeine, look into Premax by PP. Amazing ingredient profile, but expensive. A cheaper option that has also been very well received especially on this forum is MAN's Body Octane (much cheaper). You really couldn't go wrong with either of these.
