Looks decent for non stim. I prefer high volumes profile myself. More L-cit, has no3, no creatine.

Also not sure if I could stomach 1000 mg choline.
 
I agree i like to do 6-8g citrulline
 
Looks like a fun formula to me.. I agree the choline is pretty high lol

Still would take HV over it, I guarantee it'll be cheaper per serving too
 
Hemavol 2 (the formula in question) is pretty damn good. Can't wait to use it. Calling it mediocre, lmao, surely you jest (or are dum).

If you are looking for a pre-workout with cit mal, glycermaxx, and agmatine I would recommend looking at Conqu3r Demi-God Edition. Has more citrulline malate, plus a huge dose of amentoflavone.

You can still pick it up for $29 at nutraplanet.

Hemavol2 doesn't use citrulline malate, they use citrulline as which the dose required is much less.

No need to get your knickers in a knot man, you are right though I probably should have been more descriptive that just writing "mediocre", I was actually meaning mediocre relative to other things on the market. IF have been pimping it as the best thing in the pump PWO market since slice bread.

I was aware it doesnt use Citrulline malate. Which is why I said if you are looking for cit mal. Sorry for the confusion, personally prefer citrulline malate as oppose to L-citrulline.

But again thats peronal preference. I also prefer Alpha-GPC, choline citrate or CDP-choline(also known as citicoline) as a choline source. So even though that formula isnt bad at all, I just have a different preference.
