Kitchen sink? Maybe. I don't think so, or at least I don't see much overlap.
It is getting damn hot here in Australia, hanging in the uper 20s... So Its bulking time! Most people would be cutting, but I have been cutting for to long! There is too much extra skin around here and it has to go. Be kind but honest!

Let me talk a little about some of the synergisms.
L-Dopa + Green Tea (LX) + Quercetin(PCS): COMT Inhibitors make L-Dopa More effective
PCS+AX: AX raises testosterone, PCS is an AI, this is my take on NHA
L-Dopa+Alpha-GPC+GABA(Abyss)+Phenibut(Abyss): Should yield some kind of HGH release, failing that I'll get some sleep.


I have a **** load of other stuff that I will consider in the future, mostly nootropics, but right now the obvious problem to me is my workout is pretty piss poor... Keep in mind this is my first really planned bulk, the rest of this year has been recomp or cutting, but my newbie recomp gains have stopped and I have gone from 110kg to 85kg, now it's time to fill out all this extra skin I have.

Things I would love some advice on:
My sets... I only use dumbbells, I went a litttttttle crazy on supplements and other things came up so I won't be buying a new set + bench for a week or two... So most things need to be doable with house hold items, and a dumbbell... Or Kids play equipment at the local school. I am not really interested in legs right now, they look pretty ripped to me, I do cross country running so they really work them selves.

Uhm I bet I am missing something... But I'm sure you guys will point me in the right direction!

I ate the same meals, due to being lazy, and eating the same meals being very cheap (so much steak...).

I found L-Dopa before bed yesterday caused me to wakeup about an hour later, which i cured with a bunch of Theanine, so on this day, I tried Powerful instead... I slept like a log... I'm kinda disappointed... Now more than ever do I want to know the secret to Powerful. Tomorrow I figure I might as well run Powerful all day since I opened the bottle.

Nootropics:
Aniraceram, Alpha-GPC, Idebenone AM/PM
The time seemed to drag on, I was getting a lot done, my mood was great, it was as if I had a New Hair Cut

Summery:
Great day, feeling pretty full and confident, placebo? Maybe. Time will tell! Tomorrow is cross country running, stay tuned.

Summery:
Cardio was amazing, normally when I finish this run I need to lay on the grass for a bit, but today I turned around and did the whole run again, then I had to lay. Freaking awesome.

My mood is great, constant boners, after I orgasm I still have a boner... TMI? Anyway I'm lovin it.

Powerful is better than straight L-Dopa for whatever reason, I'm impressed, sleep has been perfect thanks to abyss and powerful.

I feel a warm/icy flush most of the day... It is present.

I look pretty good in my opinion, I wish I had of got better pictures... Eh, I got some pictures from last nights Halloween party.

Nelix, are you spreading out the LX dosages randomly or how exactly? Wasnt quite clear on that. I would try using it in relatively higher doses all in the morning. But thats just me so I'm interested in how others are using it.

I am focusing around the morning and pre-exercise.
So on a workout day, 1 on wakeup, 1 4 hours later, 1 pre workout and one some time later. The goal being to preserve muscle, I am fairly active, always running up and down stairs and walking around, so I figure I want to space things out as much as I can.

I dunno how effective my before bed dose is, I figure I stop eating before I sleep, so a dose before and after sleep sounds logical to me, but I am very open to suggestions on that one.
