Not sure if anyone can help me but I have thought this through and I am still not sure how I should go about taking these supps.
I am also going to to take HyperMax Xt everyday except off days..
So I am thinking take HyperMax Xt pre workout with Tr1umph (unflavoured) then post take PowerMax Xt??
But I also thought PowerMax Xt may also benefit pre workout due to the creatine, and the Pump/Fullness blend.
So, would it be OPTIMAL to take PowerMax Xt after workout due to the added glutamine or make the pre workout even better and perhaps take tr1umph post instead?
Or take all 3 supps pre workout ??? lmao
Does anyone have any thoughts on this... I don't know why I am making a big deal out of this but hey it can't hurt to ask.. Right?
