Pre-load questions

I had a questions about pre-loading 5mg Dbol tabs before my stack of decca and test-e.
All i wanted to know is how long can you run it for before i start my first inj. and at what dosage. I was thinking of something like 20mg a day for 2 weeks or more.
I read some threads on people doing it but i wanted to know if it is worth it or not.
