Pre kickboxing snack

I've been kickboxing in the morning for 30-45min.I've been doing this with x-tend (3scoops)and know im not recovering to good from it.I usally go about 2 1/2hr from when i get up till breakfast and i lift in eve.My h/r is usally around 80% the whole time lately its around 75% body might be adjusting to it.Anyway what would be good to have before hand?I thought about fat-free greek yogurt and drinking the x-tend during.Or a whey shake with some honey.I'm usally up for 45-60min before hitting it.Then i eat breakfast about 45min after.
 
My game plan for tomorrow morning is taking 3/4scoop of whey with some caritine,beta,and mixed with coffee first thing in morning waiting 45min and training for 45min drinking purple pyscho during and post mybe glutamine or bcaa's(5-10g)following it with breakfast with-in 30-45min.Any comments on this would help alot.
 
I eat a banana before I go surfing, I also keep snack bars in my truck for when I'm done. My favorite is muscle brownies, I get them at the grocery store.

well i trained for 45min at 82-85%h/r and had less fatigue better strengh(hitting)and drank a shake 45min before and leucine/hydro-whey during.Seemed to work well i got done and did 5g bcaa's in water with honey and had breakfast 30min later.Just got done eating little fatigue but letting it digest.
