About to run my 3rd ph cycle, planning on running dmz from anabolic technologies 32/32/32/48/48. I was told to start cycle assist 2 weeks prior to starting the ph. Is that a good idea or a waste of cycle assist?

Most would likely recommend to front load a cycle-assist supplement, as you mentioned, two weeks in advance of your on-cycle therapy (OCT)--especially if the anabolic compound (AAS/DS/PH) in question is considered harsh on your liver and/or has strong sides accompanying its administration. Plus, when in question, play it safe!
