hey man, i did the same thing, i just called molecular nutrition and asked if it would still be ok to take, i gave them the number on the back, also i heard if you run warm water over the bottle it helps, thats just something i heard though

Yeah, they will be alright. They are good for up to about three years. Kept in a cool dry place of course. You can also try freezing them.
