Pre and Post Wrokout Nutrition

Hi,

I just start my 12 week stack this morning. I will be running ABE solo for the first 4 weeks before adding Epro and then eventually Compound 20 (I may start up a training log for this stack if people would be interested). For the full 12 weeks I am also adding two serving of Forskolin-95 (with the 4 tabs of ABE I am hoping to get up to around 100mg a day).

Assume I work out fasted at 7.30am following a PHAT Protocol...So for my Pre-workout nutrition I am going with...

6.45am...

200mg Caffeine, 25mg Ephedrine

7.10am...
1 serving of Body Octane with approx additions of bulk powders...3g Citrulline Malate, 1g Beta-Alanine, 1g LCLT, 1g PCLAR
1.5 Sccops of Gaspari Aminolast (approx Leucine 3.75g, Taurine 3g, Leucine Peptides 3g, Isoleucine 1.875g, Valine 1.875g, L-Orinthine L-Aspartate 1.5g)
2 ABE, 1 Forskolin-95

Post-workout...

8.30am...
1 serving of Body Octane with approx additions of bulk powders...3g Citrulline Malate, 1g Beta-Alanine, 1g LCLT, 1g PCLAR
1 Sccop of Gaspari Aminolast (approx Leucine 2.5g, Taurine 2g, Leucine Peptides 2g, Isoleucine 1.25g, Valine 1.25g, L-Orinthine L-Aspartate 1g)

9.00am
2 ABE
1 scoop of Whey, 250ml of Skim Milk, 250ml 1% Chocolate Milk (Macros approximately...P 43g, C 41g, F 4.5g, 380 Cals)

How does that set up look?

Am I missing anything? Agmatine? ALCAR?

Or is there too much going on there?

Thanks in advance experts :-)

I'd probably just take 2 servings of Body Octane pre-workout and not worry about taking a second serving of Aminolast post if you are going to have a shake that soon after.

Are you taking a second serving of Caffeine and Ephedrine later in the day? If so dose your other Forskolin tab with that. :)

Thanks, I was thinking of dosing 2 scoops of Body Octane pre-workout but I went with the label of 1 scoop pre and 1 post.

It does make sense to double dose Body Octane pre-workout and it makes things simpler.

I will ditch the post-workout BCAA and just take the protein soon after workout.

I am waiting on a shipment of Amino IV so I will switch to that once I get the package (I have not used it before)!

As for the EC, yes, I am taking another 200mg/25mg at around 1pm and I am stacking the 1*F-95 with the second EC dose.

Here is my 12 week stack :-) ...I am on Day 3 of ABE, way too early to give any feedback.

Your workout looks pretty short, I think the Aminolast preworkout is more than sufficient or you can do 1 full serving of Aminolast pre and then 1 full serving of Aminolast intra with the second dose of LCLT and CM mixed into it.Post, just have the whey shake you have described above, no real benefit using the Aminolast at that point.Save the other 2 caps of ABE and the 1 cap of Forskolin for you second EC dose of the day.

Thanks!

Yeah, my morning fasted workout is between 50-60 minutes.

I am curious as to your thinking behind dosing the second 2*ABE with the EC/F. Is so I would get a larger dose of Forskolin to act with the EC?

ABE has forskolin in it. EC will help maximize the effects of the forskolin. Also, taking it together assuming that your lunch will be after your second dose of EC in which ABE can also have some nutrient partitioning type effect (it is a natural anabolic afterall, to build you need the substrates, substrates being nutrients).

I may introduce some cardio just after the second ECF dose. If so, my meal would probably be 90 minutes after the second ECF dosage. Would this affect you suggestion?

I want to try get the most from ABE with respect to the nutrient partitioning.

Thanks.

Nah, I would STILL take the ABE and forskolin with that second EC dose as it will help burn fat during the cardio (again, synergistic effect of the forskolin + EC).

IIRC, the anacylus extract in ABE should still be in the system at decent levels even 90 minutes after ingestion so I would think that there's still some nutrient partitioning effects in play.

Why such a long cardio session though? 90 minutes is a LOT of friggin cardio. Even an hour is a lot of friggin cardio. Perhaps try metabolically demanding cardio like HIIT instead? (ropes, prowler, car pushes, sled drags, max intensity sprints, parachute sprints, wingates, simulated wingates on a spin bike, etc.) You get much more benefit from that type of cardio and you're not doing a long session of steady state cardio.

HAHA, no, the cardio would be 30-40 minutes at a reasonable pace, not HIIT but not LISS either. Heart Rate around 140-150.

The 90 minutes comes from, dose the ECF 30 minutes before cardio, 30-40 minutes cardio, change, get back to work, then eat some protein and oats. Protein about 40-50g, Carbs 30-35g.

I eat my largest meal around 7pm, it is also my largest Carb intake at around 80g, Protein for that meal is around 50g.

I have started to take a smoothie around 10pm as my final meal, it usually consists of 1/2 scoop protein, plain yogurt, skim milk, blackberries, strawberries, almond butter, cashew nuts and oats. Macros for that are approx Protein 35g, Carbs 55g, Fat 25g for around 550-600 Calories.

I would take one of your ABE doses with your largest carb meal at 7pm.
