Prami and Letro Liquid dosing question

so i got these for my gyno;

Liquid Prami 60mL 1mg/mL

Liquid Letro 30mL 2.5mg/mL

i have an oral syringe that goes to 3mls, how do i do the dosing for the prami and letro... people say .25 to start on prami so does that mean go to .25mls on the syringe and for letro they reckon start at 1ml first and taper up so liturally just go to 1ml..... im just confused with it saying 1mg/ml and 2.5mg/ml not quite sure what that means...

60ml at 1mg/ml means for every ml you get 1 mg. 30ml at 2.5mg/ml means for every ml you get 2.5mgs

yeah so does that mean id want to start prami and .25mls and letro at .25-.50mls ? then taper up with letro to the full 1 ml
