PPL routine

One more question regarding a PPL routine, then I am going to design one.

So would a typical routine look like the following:

Sunday - Pull
Mon - Push
Tue - Legs
Wed - Off
Thur - Pull
Fri - Push
Sat - Legs
Sun - Off

Or would that Sunday start back at Pull? If it starts back at a pull day, then each muscle group would get hit 2 times a week. If it repeated and was a rest day, only 2 muscle groups would get hit twice a week except for every fourth week where each muscle group would be hit twice.

I prefer to train planes rather than just flexion or extension in a session. The antagonists work with each other and it's easier to balance the internal:external rotator volume as well.

I do Push Pull Legs Push Pull Legs - thats 6 days a week, one day off. But I switch between light, light, medium, and heavy which is the best way I find to be able to cope with training so frequent. and choose only 4-5 exercises too much volume is not a good thing for 6/week training. You need to have a great diet though and sleep as much as you can for recovery :)

I feel much more safer and positive when I do that
