PP Superdrone/Havoc/Orastan-E Cycle

Just started this morning, 6 week cycle, looking to re-comp

Goal: stay around 220 or gain a few lbs of lean mass, but drop BF under 10%

Superdrone: 10/20/20/00/00/00
Havoc: 00/00/20/30/40/40
Orastan-E: 100/100/100/100/100/100
Supports: the usual
PCT: clomid/nolva (have HCG on hand)

Stats:
Age: 28
Height/Weight/BF: 6'/219/10.9% (3/3/2011)
(trying to get BF done this week)
Chest: 41" (3/28/2011)
Shoulders: 51"
Arms (relaxed): 13.5"
Arms (flexed): 17"
Waist: 34.5"

Lifting Experience: on and off since high school, serious for 3+ years
Cycle Experience: D-bol/Anavar (8 weeks)
Sus 250 twice/week (10 weeks)
Havoc only 30mg (4 weeks)
S-Drol/Test-E 500 (16 weeks)

Current Lifting Stats:
Bench Press: 225x10 (decline, b/c of rotator cuff issues)
Shoulder Press: 85x8 (DB's, same reason)
Barbell Row: 225x10
Deadlift: (update on TUE, haven't pulled in a while, 425x5 on last cycle)
Squat: (update on THU, sticking to machines b/c of lower back issues, 405x5 on last cycle)

Week 2

Started week 2 this morning, upped the SD from 5 mg to 10 mg.

Weight is up to 224 (+5 in one week).

Diet has remained mostly clean, I am just trying to eat more. Lots of protein, fruits, vetgetables, nuts, etc... I typically eat clean MON-FRI with no added sugars, grains, etc... Then I will eat some Kashi cereal, pizza, a little ice cream, etc... on weekends. This works well for me, I lost 27 lbs and 2-3% BF from JAN 1 through the start of this cycle.

Cardio is typically 20-30 min in the morning and 20-30 min post w/o depending on the day and the body part. All low to moderate intensity.

Pump is great, lifts have improved, could be mental, but I tend to respond quickly to SD.
Bench press: 275x5 (up from 225x10)
Deadlift: 405x5

I will update this week with picture and hopefully BF%
 
Week 3

Sorry for the delay in updating.

Added in the Havoc Monday, weight holding at 222-224, but feeling and looking leaner. Getting some good compliments from others at the gym. Diet has been about 80%, so resutls could be better.

Lifts are back up:
Deadlift: 425x5
Squat: 325x5
DB Shoulder Press: 90x6
DB Bench Press: going for 100x6 today!

Update

No one is reading this anyway, but just in case, here's an update.

Weight is holding at 225, body fat has dropped, strength is increasing every workout.
