powerlifting starts in november. need help

ok, i am ajunior in highschool and am mainting a weight of 122 for my 123 weight class. bench is 160, squats is 225 and my dead is at 315. currently i am taking cre-02, bcaas, white flood, and on whey.
can someone tell me what type of workout schedule i should have and any supplents i should take.
 
start doing alot of back,rear delts,tri's,and speed work for your bench...i use alot of rubber bands with my squat and deadlifts... i weight 160 bench 425,squat 530,dead 450..hope to be able to bench 500,and dead 500 by december.
