As I said sick ass pump today, had an extra day so decided to get a little shoulder work in.
DB lateral raise 4x8:25,30,30,30
Rear delt 4x10: 15,15,15,20
Hammer shoulder press 4x8: 2 plates , 3 plates, 3 plates, 4 plates each side
Rope push down 4x15: 80,80,90,100
Single arm cable kickback 4x8: 20,40,40,40 drop 30,20,10x10
Skullcrushers 4x8: forgot how much weight I used haha but overall sick pump, looking forward to the coming weeks
