As I said sick ass pump today, had an extra day so decided to get a little shoulder work in.
DB lateral raise 4x8:25,30,30,30
Rear delt 4x10: 15,15,15,20
Hammer shoulder press 4x8: 2 plates , 3 plates, 3 plates, 4 plates each side
Rope push down 4x15: 80,80,90,100
Single arm cable kickback 4x8: 20,40,40,40 drop 30,20,10x10
Skullcrushers 4x8: forgot how much weight I used haha but overall sick pump, looking forward to the coming weeks

I guess I'll have to stay away from the deads for a little while longer, back still gets way to sore from it, but hit a great workout today
Hang cleans3x3: 205
Deadlifts 2x5: 315
Front squats 2x5: 250
Db row 3x5: 90,100,100
Lat pull down 3x10:
Db RDL 3x6: 60,65,65

Back was sore the rest of the day, knees were bugging me too, I have been front squatting and squatting in an Olympic shoe to see if that would help
My lower back at all, I think the angle is messing with my knees now after working out in flats the last 12 years or so. Gonna switch back and see if it helps

Just destroyed my bench workout!!! Was suppose to work up to 1 rep at 325 and I decided it felt so good I hit 4, could have struggled to get a 5th with terrible form but decided to rack it! Dropped down to 315 for my working sets which were suppose to be 285, hut that for 5 sets at 3 reps, last set I added a band for constant tension, moved on to 3x10 on bis, tris, and front raise on shoulders . Felt unstoppable, pump was great, I split the dose of 6 today. 3 this morning and 3 preworkout, no reason just messing with the hydro to see if anything happens, did I mention that 325x4 projects for me a 30lb PR!

Freaking awesome man!!! Im still working with 4 caps myself and the pumps can be pretty freaking awesome!

I stacked with the new controlled labs white Rapids! My pumped on my bis and tris was unreal! This weekend I'm gonna stack it with White Pump, only two pills tho haha

Hit a new PR tonight! After hittin 325x4 last week, I moved my max up and this week had to hit 355x1 (PR) followed by 315 for 5 sets x 3 reps
Biceps 3x10
Triceps 3x10
Shoulder raise 3x10

Don't leave hydro is a hot car! I had a ton of pills explode, thank god I have another bottle

Hit one rep at 435, dropped down to 375 for 5x3, hit 10 reps on the last set
Leg curl 3x10
Leg extension 3x10
Bench press 3x8 235 2 sec pause on last set

Pump is becoming unreal! My calfs are starting to hurt after jump roping! Biceps are super pump all day, loving this stuff and I love how easy the dosing is

I think for 262 as of yesterday my pecs are coming in really nice! No homo but chest has been a weakness of min due to having multi shoulder surgeries over the sat 6 years never really had true development

Ok guys, haven't been updating this week, getting busy life, will start a new log up in a week or two for another product. Hit 405 on bench this week I'm a slingshot , just hit 505 on squat, but PR for me, sling shot felt felt and control, squat I could add 20-30 pounds I believe, overall feeling real strong
