I'm heading up to NY to visit my folks next week and am in the middle of my training for a meet. i'm looking for a PL friendly gym near Utica/Syracuse where it wouldnt be too much of a hassle to get someone to help me with my shirt and a spot with some board presses. i know Bill Crawford has a gym in Lake George but that is a 2 hour drive on way so I'm not gonna consider that.
