Powerfull Tester

Weight 170 lbs.

Off day. Not much to report.


Friday 2/10 - day 41.
Weight 171 lbs.

Last day of Powerfull.

I worked out biceps, delts, and calves.

1st bicep exercise - I upped 10 lbs. on the first set - got a huge pump. Tried that same weight on the 2nd, but couldln't finish for the pump. 3rd set was the same as last time.

2nd bicep exercise - biceps felt as pumped as after finishing the workout. I had to use the same weight as last time. Top of forearms were feeling huge after this exercise.

3rd (and last bicep exercise) - same weight as last time on 1st and 2nd sets. Had to drop down 10 lbs. on 3rd set because of extreme pump in bi's and forearms.

Delt exercise - same weight as last time, but bicep (and tricep) pumps really seemed to get in the way.

Calves - up 10 lbs. on all sets - started to get a cramp on the first set. Had to go stretch the right calf out for a while.

Overall, 6 caps is too many for me on arm days - pumps are too much.

I'll keep an eye out over the next few days and post if I'm seeing any lingering effects from the Powerfull.


Overall - I'd give Powerfull a thumbs up. :thumbsup:
I really liked the change in measurements and the workouts - lower waist size and increase muscles. The workouts - man, just awesome!
This was the best strength increase I've seen from any supp outside of SD - better than CEE. I was up at least 10 lbs. on every exercise. Controlling the weight became much easier.
Pumps lasted a whole lot longer - sometimes 2 or 3 days.
I've definately gotten more vascular. I can really see it in my delts and inner biceps. I also noticed some around my lower abs (near the hip bones) recently.

I didn't really see the "sleeping better" effect that others have seen. I think Ultra Hot allowed me to sleep the best.
I did have a bit of acne, but that seemed to subside slightly near the end.

I'd highly recommend this supp. Seems like a great choice for PCT inclusion or a "bridge" due to it's great increases in strength and good recomp. effects.

Hey - just wanted to update you guys/girls on the after-effects of Powerfull.

I've been off for 12 days.

I can tell that my endurance/strength is down. I'm keeping the same weight on about all of my first sets, but have had real trouble with the later sets for each exercise.
Vascularity has remained at maybe 75% of what it was while on Powerfull.
Pumps have remained at 80% of what they were on Powerfull.
Libido does seem to be down. Other characteristics I mentioned before are down too.

I've not been eating so well (save for the last 4 days) so I think I've gained back some of the fat.
I wouldn't blame that on coming off Powerfull, but me being lazy with my diet.
 
good Log JMH, cool that you updated as well. Looks like I'm going to pick up two bottles during the sale, I fugre they'll come through during PCT.

hey whats up man i recently started working outa about 4 months ago and 3 weeks ago started creatine and hydroxycut for the creatine i skipped the loading period and take before and after my workout. hydroxy cut 2 before each meal im alredy see a change. i got 8 50 mg pills of haladrol from a friend and like 16 anabolic chargers he said i should take 2 ana's 15 minutes before and the halodrol like 10 im not sure if its on an emtpy stomach. just hoping halodrol doesnt shrink too bad cuz im only 16 lol so ya just looking for some advice thx bro

You don't need Halodrol or "anabolic chargers" dude your 16. Try a :burger:. I PROMISE you, that you will see no better gains if you take 8 days of Halodrol. Your friend is a ****ing idiot.

k well thx....l? i wasnt planning on staying on halodrol it was just an "appetizer" but for the most part will creatine be pretty much what i should use? im not into that d bol and ****
 
still halodrol should definitly not be on ur list
