Weight 170 lbs.
Off day. Not much to report.
Friday 2/10 - day 41.
Weight 171 lbs.
Last day of Powerfull.
I worked out biceps, delts, and calves.
1st bicep exercise - I upped 10 lbs. on the first set - got a huge pump. Tried that same weight on the 2nd, but couldln't finish for the pump. 3rd set was the same as last time.
2nd bicep exercise - biceps felt as pumped as after finishing the workout. I had to use the same weight as last time. Top of forearms were feeling huge after this exercise.
3rd (and last bicep exercise) - same weight as last time on 1st and 2nd sets. Had to drop down 10 lbs. on 3rd set because of extreme pump in bi's and forearms.
Delt exercise - same weight as last time, but bicep (and tricep) pumps really seemed to get in the way.
Calves - up 10 lbs. on all sets - started to get a cramp on the first set. Had to go stretch the right calf out for a while.
Overall, 6 caps is too many for me on arm days - pumps are too much.
I'll keep an eye out over the next few days and post if I'm seeing any lingering effects from the Powerfull.
Overall - I'd give Powerfull a thumbs up. :thumbsup:
I really liked the change in measurements and the workouts - lower waist size and increase muscles. The workouts - man, just awesome!
This was the best strength increase I've seen from any supp outside of SD - better than CEE. I was up at least 10 lbs. on every exercise. Controlling the weight became much easier.
Pumps lasted a whole lot longer - sometimes 2 or 3 days.
I've definately gotten more vascular. I can really see it in my delts and inner biceps. I also noticed some around my lower abs (near the hip bones) recently.
I didn't really see the "sleeping better" effect that others have seen. I think Ultra Hot allowed me to sleep the best.
I did have a bit of acne, but that seemed to subside slightly near the end.
I'd highly recommend this supp. Seems like a great choice for PCT inclusion or a "bridge" due to it's great increases in strength and good recomp. effects.
