Today was day 8, and on the gym scale i was 191. I will do body comp tomarow for a better update.

Im without a doubt bigger and much fuller. Strength is hard to guage right now, I just took a week off and started a new training program. I'm not seeing to much as far as libido. And as far as mood, i think my mood has been getting worse. Maybe it stress from school or something, who knows.
