I was going to wait till next week to start this but ............
I recieved my bottles about 4 days ago. Started taking 3 caps 3 times per day on an empty stomach. After a few days I have definitley noticed a general mood enhancement, I would have to say that I am looking fuller through the shoulders as well. No change in body weight but I didn't expect that so soon anyway. Sleep has been great I have not had any strange violent dreams at all. nothing out of the ordinary as far as dreams go. Wife pleasing side effects are certainly present!! lol. Other than the above not much to report yet. I have been stacking with cissus until yesterday when I ran out of cissus. My endurance and energy level has increased somewhat as well. My wife is taking 3 caps spread out throught the day also. she just started 2 days ago so really nothing to report yet. Today will be my first back workout while taking Powerfull. I'll keep everyone informed as to what happens.
