Powerfull Dosing

Ok i need some advice on PowerFull dosing, i'm currently 281lbs and i've got like 5 bottles of PowerFull and Cialabol coming to me, i'm using these in addition two 5 bottles of Rem. How many caps would you guys suggest i take of PowerFull and at what times?
 
Well I get good results with 6 caps and great results with 8, but you have alot more mass then myself so I would say 8-10 caps. I dose it as follows, 2 as soon as I get up, 2 30 minutes before wo, and 4 before I go to bed. I double the dose before bed because for me powerful kicks ass in the sleep department. If you dose at 8 a day and you have five bottles they should last 85 days, if dosing at 10 a day they'll last 67 days, and if you really want to get crazy they would last 56 days at 12 per day. I would start off at the lower end and work your way up.

Post #5 he gives a dosing breakdown by weight... At 281, you'll definitely start at the high end, and I would tweak it from there, if needed.
 
What I'd think of doing is-
ON-12 caps
3 caps- 30-15 minutes before breakfast
6 caps- 30-15 minutes before workout
3 caps- 30 minutes before supper/bed
OFF-6 caps
3 caps- 30-15 minutes before lunch
3 caps- 30 minutes before supper/bed

This is assuming you have more days ON than OFF.

To cut costs, I'd lower or eliminate the pre-bed doses. Keep in mind REM has the 1-carboxy as an active.

Best advice is to start on the low end and work your way up week by week.

start with 6 caps (4 pre workout and 2 moring or night) and work your way up to find a suitable dose. If you want, Please take 3-4 caps pre sex and report back.

I currently take 9-10 caps a day (3 morning, 4 pre, 2-3 prebed). I only take 4-6 caps on off days. I may venture up to 12 caps a day, but i fail to see much difference between 10-12 caps.
 
I have the best effects from powerful by takeing it while on a actual cycle(as a supporting supplement). It has been good off cycle as well just seems to not support the freakish and frequent wood like takeing it with androgens.

If you take 4 rem at night no need for PowerFULL in my opinion unless you get freaky with the ladies before sleep:nono:
 
LOL Ya her name is Palmela Handerson! lol Ya i'll spread it throughout the day then or maybe back my Rem down to 2 pills.
 
I just started pfull today and I guess i'll start at 6 caps.. would it be better to do 4/2 - is it better to take the 2 dose morning or bed?? or is it better to just do 2/2/2?

and I guess on off days I'll do 4.. soo.. 2/2.. when should I take the 2/2?

Instead of 6 caps a day try 8 for ON days and 4 for OFF days dosing as follows
ON
2 Pre-Breakfast
4 Pre-Workout
2 Pre-Supper/Bed
OFF
1 Pre-Breakfast
1 Pre-Lunch or Mid-Afternoon
2 Pre-Supper/Bed

6/day would be 42 caps/week, if you have 4ON and 3OFF days then this works out at 44 caps/week and imo will work out better for you.
