PowerFULL dosage for a female

Hmmmmmmmmm being you ordered it not on my reccomendations (all herbal formula is a guarantee), I would start with 3 caps and play it by ear.

Got my PowerFULL today. Wow, that was fast! I plan on starting tomorrow. Here is some basic info on my stats, diet and training. Let me know if there is anything else I should be posting on here. I'm somewhat of a newbie at this forum thing. Thanks.

135lbs

Arm(cold) - 11 1/2"

Six days a week lifting and cardio too, damn I feel like a whimp now. I must be the only one who lifts twice a week, lol. Good luck with the log and I'll definitely be following it.

One full day of PowerFULL and all is well :D. Really don't feel anything different yet. Did sleep really well last night though.

Thursday through Sunday I work nights. 4:00pm-2:am so I took the last dose of PowerFULL at about 2:30am. Is this ok or will this spread out the dosages too much? Took the others at 8:30am and 2:30pm.

Powerfull -Day 2

Saturday I trained legs. At the start of my workout, which was box-squats, strength and mental clarity was about where it usually is. Didn't feel any different. But my training partner said my form was the best he had seen it. Had the box a few inches lower than last time as well. Just started doing box-squats a couple months ago. No strength increase but my balance was much better.

The rest of my workout was nothing out of the ordinary, until the very end. I was super-setting leg extensions and leg curls. Got this profound mind-muscle connection thing. Was able to push out a lot more reps. :cool:

The other thing I am noticing, especially in the evening. My muscles seem fuller. Or maybe harder is a better way to put it. Hard to explain really Invalid Link Removed. It's not that vascular type pumped feeling I get from a higher carb meal. It feels almost like when I'm finished doing bicep curls and my muscles are full of blood without the exaggerated vascularity just under the skin. If that makes any sense.

No mood or aggression changes thus far. And no sexual sides either.
 
This is how I usually feel on Mondays---->:blink: In a brain-fog.
I do a turnaround from night shift Sunday to day shift on Monday.
Today---->:woohoo: I feel great! No brain-fog!
Huh. Wonder if PowerFULL would be useful for jet lag.

Workout this evening was great! Really good focus and intensity. Felt stronger, not a big jump in the amount of weight, but it's like I could feel every muscle fiber working when I did bicep curls.

Body weight is still the same at 135lbs.

And no woody's dertynasty, random or otherwise, but I'll keep ya posted :D

How is sleep?

Another question, You could feel very muscle fiber. Have you ever had that feeling before?

Sleep was great. Only got 4 hours but it felt like 8.

And, no, I never really felt that kind of muscle fiber recruitment before. Maybe that's why I'm having a hard time describing the feeling. I've felt the 'pumped' feeling, but this is diferent.

No, nothing negative to report. I was beating him way before the PowerFULL :D ...lol.
 
powerFULL actually may help with those that are having jet lag issues. From what i can gather from logs ... powerFULL may be increasing either the bodies ability to produce OR accept adenosine ( the chemical which is linked to having us fall asleep) in theory.. powerFULL can be cleaning out all the blockers of adenosine ( mostly all of the stimulants we take all day to keep is awake)

I am interested in the sexual sides that seem to come with powerFULL. This might sound like an odd question, but.. have you noticed any rise sensitivity....an easier ability to climax ETC ETC...

No sexual sides so far for me. Maybe this has more of a Viagra or Cialis effect with the sexual sides men experience. Rather than an androgenic one.

Does PowerFULL increase endurance?
In-lined for 3 hours today! Usually skate for like an hour, max. Legs never felt fatigued.

Another great workout too. Chest and tris. My bench went up 5lbs from last week...Yeah baby!

Weight was 134lbs...weighed after skating though.

Slept well last night. Not having any of those lucid dreams some others mentioned. Or at least I'm not remembering any.

No mood changes or agresssion.

And right now as I type this my muscles are pumped and really vascular looking. Cool!

More and More, PowerFULL endurance effects are reported.

I was asked on another thread about my diet. If I could post what I ate. Thought I would put it here as well if anyone was interested. I know it looks like a lot of food but I'm trying to gain some muscle right now and I have a fast metabolism. This is what I've eaten today.

7:00am
8oz egg whites

1 whole egg
½ cup oatmeal(dry measure)
½ cup strawberries
1 tbs flax seeds

11:00am
2 scoops whey protein
2 tbs natural peanut butter

1:00am
4oz chicken breast
1cup basmati rice
1 cup broccoli

3:30pm
3oz tuna
2 slices Ezekiel bread
¼ cup fat free cheese

5:30pm (1 hour pre-workout)
Muscle milk RTD

8:30pm (post-workout)
Boca meatless lasagna w/ 2oz chicken breast

11:30pm or 12:am(haven't eaten this yet) ;)
2 scoops whey protein
2 tbs natural peanut butter
1 tbs flax seeds
½ cup oatmeal
(I mix the protein with just a few spoons of water, pudding consistency, then add the other stuff)

Had a great workout today too. Felt great all day actually. No change in mood. and no mustache. :D I'm Really starting to like this stuff. Seriously, I have not experienced anything that I would consider negative. Nothing androgenic whatsoever. Not even a pimple. :cool:

Based on your experience from a womans perspective, what would you compare PowerFULL to?
 
Doesn’t really compare to any one individual supplement I have tried. It’s more of a combination.

As far as the effects on sleep, I would say similar to taking valerian root with zma, without the residual sleepiness upon waking. Pumps close to No-Explode but not uncomfortable like those tend to be for me. Plus my muscles feel pumped and more solid throughout the day not just when training. I’ve never done aas so I can’t do a comparison there.

The closest thing I can compare it’s effects to so far is, as a female, my mood and strength in the gym can change from one day to the next, due to the crazy hormone fluctuations we go through each month. There is a couple of days, normally just before the luteal phase of my cycle that I feel really strong and focused at the gym. Almost invincible. It’s like the weights don’t feel as heavy, my recovery is better and my focus and mood are great. Body seems to look tighter and leaner then too. That's how I have been feeling on Powerfull everyday. Consistantly. It’s not close to that phase of my cycle yet either.

Back training today and deadlifts rocked! Weight just broke from the floor so much easier. :cool: Arms got really pumped and vascular looking. One of the guys deadlifting with us looked at the veins in my arms and said that was just insane. Can't wait to see how Saturday's leg workout goes.
 
Hectic night yesterday at work. Didn’t get home till around 3am. :yawn: Once I hit the bed I was out. Slept like a rock.



Today was my heavy leg day , first part of the workout is squats, closer stance, working up to the heaviest weight this old body can stand. Then lowering the weight and repping it out.

Can’t really say I felt any stronger as far as in the ability to add more weight to the bar. What I did notice is a definite increase in rep capacity. And less time needed between sets to recover. Cardio afterwards was a breeze where as usually my legs feel like rubber.

Weight was 134lbs today. Still taking 3 caps a day.

No sexual sides. Nothing negative at all. :cool:
 
Ive been taking PowerFULL now for almost 12 days. At 3 caps a day a bottle should last me well over a month. :) Still having that great pump and workout intensity in the gym. Improvements in endurance and recovery as well. Sleep has been awesome! Did have some crazy dreams last night. My cat woke me right in the middle so I remember having one but not actually what it was about :think: . May have been having them all along but never realized it because I was sleeping so deeply. Have not noticed and change in libido or any androgenic type sides.


I will be out of town on vacation till Friday night. But I will continue my workouts and the PowerFULL while I'm away. I'll update when I get back.
 
Been taking PowerFULL for 17 days now.

Weight was 133lbs yesterday. My husband commented that my body looked tighter.

Sleep quality continues to be great. Much deeper and I've been having a lot more dreams as well.

Still getting consistently good workouts. And my recovery is great, feel like I haven't trained hard enough. Did legs yesterday morning and later that afternoon went by this new gym just to check it out. Wanted to get in there and hit those weights all over again. :cool:

No change in libido for me. Oh well. Guess that's a guy thing on this stuff. ;)

I don't feel as though it has effected my hormones at all. My monthly cycle has not been altered in any way.

Would be willing to have blood tests done, but not really sure what values would be pertinent to a female on this supplement.

I hear you about the feeling like you're not working hard enough. I'm pushing upwards on all my lifts and I'm restraining myself because I just know I can overtax a tendon or joint...but I want to do more.

This stuff must buffer lactic acid or something because there's very little burn when I lift. There's a pump that can be painful, but so little fatigue I bet you can fool yourself into overtraining VERY easily.

Yes, I am convinced that the buffering effects are second to none. The bueaty is you will not overtrain because the recovery ability with powerfull is tremendous. We have sprinters breaking records on PowerFULL.

You can overtrain on anything but with smart training and PowerFULL. You can take training to another level.

While I was on PowerFULL, I modified a workout that I am calling the PoweFULL workout(fat burning workout and highly effective). I will release my log this week for those that like to give it a go.

Yeah, I tore a portion of a hip/glute muscle somewhere so I'm taking it easy. Considering this is also 8 days into PCT (nolva and UHer) and I'm getting stronger..that's mighty nice. Another week or so and I'll give this a bigger effort..so I can at least get sore, lol.
 
I've experienced the lack of soreness as well. It's most noticeable for me after my leg workouts which seem to tax my system the most. Recently added some box squats, which are new to me. And they always made my hamstrings and hips really sore the next day. But on PowerFULL, not a bit of soreness. Like I didn't even train. :cool: And no "rubber" legs after my heavy squats either.
Some guy asked me how my legs felt after I finished my leg routine and doing walkouts with 405 on the bar, asked if my legs were sore. Told him...nope...not sore...I just felt shorter ;) .
