Powerfull/Camph Layout

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me out and set me up with a good layout for my supplements. I need to know how many of each to take and at what times (and with food or without).

I am approx:
5'10"
185 Pounds
Been working out for roughly two years

I will be taking the following supplements:

GNC Mega Men Multi-Vitamin
Green Tea Extract (300 mg per pill)
- 50% polyphenols
NOW Omega-3 Fish Oil - 1000 mg
Camphibolic
PowerFULL

Workout times and day?
 
It really varies from day to day. i am in college, so I have classes at different times each day. Most of the time its like this:

Mon/Wed/Fri

730 - wakeup and go to class
930 - Eat
12 - Eat
230 - Eat
4 - Workout
530 - eat
830 -eat
1030 - eat
11:30-1:00 - sleep

Tues/Thurs

10:30 - wakeup
11 - eat
230 - eat
430 - eat
630 - Workout
730 - eat
930 - eat
11 - eat

Saturday and Sunday I usually take off, sometimes I will get a quick workout in on sunday - usually just some cardio if anything to make up for all the beer that was consumed during the weekends.

Daily Nutrition Goals:

Calories - 2300
Protein - 200+
Carbs - 115
Fats - 50 g

USP when you get another chance to take a look at this, I'm going to grab some yellow gold from NP also and throw that in there so could you incorporate that as well.

haha sorry for such a big request. your help and products are much appreciated! i have some cialabol also, but am trying to cut. should i use that also? i was plannin on waiting to use it because i dont like to get bloated from creatine while im trying to cut as i cant see my results as well.

Fix the bloat by using less...article will include cialabol as an option...
 
I promise today. If I wrote it yesterday, THe stack would of consisted of scotch and beer. My vegas diet:}

haha the stack WILL undoubtably consist of scotch and beer on each and every friday and saturday night.

Did not get around to it but here is a regimen..

Morning
2 cAMPH
1/4 teasponn YG
2 caps green tea

take 15 minutes before breakfast

Pre workout meal
1/4 teaspoon Yellow Gold 15 minutes before meal

Pre workout
2 cAMPH
4 PowerFULL
2 green tea

Post workout meal
1/4 teaspoon YG 15 minutes before meal

before bed
2 PowerFULL
1 cAMPH...

Off days

Morning
2 cAMPH
1/4 teasponn YG
2 caps green tea

Cissus is easy. cialabol is a bit more tricky.

i think my plan right now is to not use the yellow gold or the cialabol. right now im just going to run the cissus/powerfull/camph and when i run out i will take YG/cialabol. then probably start a ph cycle. what you think?

I would 100% take YG or Cialabol with the Prohormone cycle. I would add YG or cialabol to the current combo of supplements. You will not be disappointed!

ah interesting point. would you suggest YG or Cialabol for the ph cycle? remember, my main goal is to lose fat and perserve muscle mass (of course i will try to add muscle, but i understand this is difficult to do while losing fat at the same time)

Not anymore with Anabolic Pump(yellow Gold). AP is a Brand new category in our supplement vocabulary!

so you are recommending YG over cialabol for the ph cycle. so i should be taking cialabol right now with powerfull/camph. how should i incorporate the cialabol into the regimen......4 caps after workout with protein shake/post workout meal?

Do you have either YG or Cialabol? They are both sold out.

I would take Anabolic Pump first and save cialobol for the prohormone cycle...

I would use it all the way through into PCT. Anabolic Pump is healthy..

sorry, i think we are misunderstanding each other. i will be using the YG powder starting today with powerfull/camph and i will be keeping the cialabol to be used with PP during the cycle and all the way through PCT. is this correct?
