Been on C2 at 3 caps once a day and Camp 2 caps twice a day for about a week. I previously had problem with endurance dring cardio and changed the dosing to the above. Endurance is fine now. Added powerFull at 3 caps three times a day 4 days ago and something has clicked. Improved mood, energy, and I don't have a tweaked feeling from the C2 and camp anymore. Sleeping is better and I have been waking up and jumping out of bed. Appetite is gone since adding the powerFull was still there with just C2 and camp. Pumped feeling kicked in on day 3 and muscles are staying pumped.
Should one try to limit the amount of time on powerFULL? PowerFULL is not supposed to shut you down correct?
Oh I'm 6'1 and weight 262 down from 266 2 weeks ago with no change in diet. Even cheated yesterday with a whole pizza during the iron bowl. Poor BAMA
