Is it necessary to separate the ingestion of Powerfull and pre-wo BCAAs(specifically Xtend)?
I remember reading that BCAAs can cause insulin release, albeit a limited amount....and I want to make sure I am reaping all of the benefits of taking Powerfull pre-wo.
I currently take 2 scoops Xtend 4:45 AM, eat at 5AM(no carbs other than spinach) then sip on 8 scoops during workout 5:30-6:30.
I would like to take Powerfull right at wake(4:40AM) if possible.
Are the couple of grams of carbs from spinach enough to kill off the GH release?
I took Powerfull last year in a similar situation and was in the habit of waking at 3:45AM for the 20 seconds it took to down 2 pills, then falling back asleep. This stuff makes me sleep like a rock, so getting out of bed an hour later was no easy task!
