Powerfull and Anabolic Pump on a cut?

are powerfull and anabolic pump just as effective for cutting as they are for clean bulking?

I've ordered some and want to use it ASAP, and will change my phase to make the most.

But from what I see, GH is meant to be effective for fat loss and a nutrition partitioner can perhaps use carbs and protein much more efficiently.
