Powerfull and 1-carboxy questions

During my next cycle of powerfull i was thinking about also taking 1-carboxy. I was wondering is if this redundant? Can it yeild any neg side effects? Or is it a good idea?

No necessarily redundant but PowerFULL does contain 1-C. However, with the bulk 1-C - You can dose multiple time throughout the day and really dial in your optimal doses. Furthermore, you can add bulk 1-C to your nighttime dose for added sleep quality.
