ok in the organic section at publx i stumbled on this gem when bulking i love peanut butter and cottage cheese but when cutting just too many cals the powdered peanut butter has almost no fat and like 3 net carbs not so great mixed with water like its says too but stir the powder in some cottage cheese and chocolate casein protien powder you have the ultimate sweet tooth killer under 300 cal almost pure protein tatse so good i had too tell somebody
