Potential liver damage from A1M?

Bicep

New member
Running a 4 week alpha 1 cycle @ 60mg ED

Taking 1g NAC ED, 500-750mg of TUDCA ED all through cycle and 2 weeks into PCT

Is there any chance of doing permanent damage to your liver on this? Got everything ready to start this cycle now I'm worried about this

Sounds like you got your basis covered running both Tudca and Nac. Tudca will keep your bile flowing
and Nac will keep your enzymes in check.

Just keep an eye out for any signs that your stressing your liver. Yellow skin or eyes, brown piss or
your dumps dont look right.

Generallly your liver will recover as long as your dont keep punishing it. Make sure not to drink or do
any OTC drugs while on cycle to compound the damage.

I always run a good on cycle and tudca with it. You can never be too safe when it comes to on cycle support. I usually use aegis liver protection and then i mix up the on cycle supports supplements. If you want to check them out we have a lot at Strong Supplement Shop.

If I experience brown piss should I stop the cycle and start with pct? Or just lower the dose of A1M?

If you've had abnormally dark brown piss for more than a few days I would stop. The next thing that happen to me after that was yellowing of the eyes.
And I, personally went into pct & followed thru with it.

Brown piss will be the first clue.

Pruritis (itchy skin) would be more than likely be an earlier symptom. This will often start in the palms and soles of feet. It's worth noting that the severity of the pruritis does not correlate with the manifestations of cholestasis- however it still would most likely be the first red flag.

Disturbed sleep can also be an early sign. Although poorly understood diurnal rhythms have a reciprocal relationship with liver function.
