post workout supplements?

a really good intra/post workout recovery is W.A.R from MRI. It has an amazing amino blend that is perfect for recovery. decent taste too.
 
Honestly, I have tried all that WAR and massport and dark matter stuff and to be honest the BEST thing is just old school protein and carbs man and throw in some creatine. A great one if not one of the best in my opinion is ON's 2:1:1 RECOVERY its just missing creatine.
 
Postal has been working pretty well for me thus far.

You really cant go wrong with anything with fast digesting protein and carbs. Along side some creatine mono.

Another option you could go with is good BCAA blend, creatine and glutamine. Then get a good post-workout meal of carbs and protein about 30-45min later.

Depends on goals really...bulking/cutting/recomping etc...
 
honestly, 20 gram prt pre, dextrose/creatine mono during, 20 gram prt/40 grm carb after is the best for creating the best hormone environment. anything else is ok but non essential and can be done without. ALOT of great physics were built without all this mumbo jumbo thats out.
