Post-work out smoothie !!?

I don't make a smoothie but I do bring a shaker bottle filled with 1-2 scoops of whey or blended protein. 25g serving of waxy maize starch. 2-5g of creatine.

As soon as I'm done with the workout and finished stretching I mix it with water and chug it.

After I get home and shower, about 45min later I make a real meal.

Jamba Juice....

Some whey isolate, creatine, and glutamine would be something that I would recommend.

You can throw in things like fruits or quick carbs (oats) to get some extra carbs in you if you need them. Just keep it simple, don't try to reinvent the wheel

My go to is almond milk, APS Isomorph or IFN Protean with spinach and fruit like banana or berries depending on my carbs for the day!

Glutamine is a great add too ManimalPatB Thanks for the idea!

I usually just bring in a shaker with about half a cup of oats and a tsp of cinnamon and about 35 to 40g of protein powder, ill throw in some bcaa powder, a bit of creatine and there you have it! :))

Two anabolic boost to my post work out that has been leaving me with an adrenaline Basel metabolic rate. First. Body uses a sugar like Apple juice in the smoothie best right after energy expenditure. Second. Hormonal balance and heavy omega 3s. Women soy protein and omega 3 supplement. Men hemp pea chia rice all heavy omega threes and male hormonal.

I do this all the time! Smoothies are awesome IMO. I do about a cup of almond milk, a scoop of protein, a frozen banana, some frozen blueberries and/or a packet of sugar free oatmeal, and 2 tablespoons of soy lecithin. Sometimes I throw my creatine in there. Delicious stuff

I drink muscle milk every once in awhile after my workouts which is a great intake of protein. I know it's a lot of calories but I enjoy it after my workout.

Muscle milk is gross...

The omega three supplementation to my smoothie balances the omegas and provides a clean and orderly anabolic pathway to energy from breathing. Breathing is the basis of natural health. It enacts the fat burning process and the utilization of calcium for the nervous system. Thus providing natural and trained reflex. Natural being bodily process like metabolic, and trained being like exercise. Once you understand the science to anabolic growth the regiment of optimal nutrition falls orderly into place.
