Post work out question

I did a search before posting this and could not find anything, or I just don't know how to search correctly.

During work out obviously your muscles are looking big and pumped, I was wondering if there was anything to take (pills, food, drinks) to keep that look post work out? Like maybe an hour or two or however long.
 
That's a good question. I would think that maybe a high protein meal or some BCAA's may help, but just a guess. After working out, your "pump" may stay but how long is probably subject to the workout and person.
