A lot will tell u as long as you are meeting your daily macro targets it doesn't really matter when just as long as you get it in. It seems here you would still be fine after cardio to have your shake.
Myself I always have my shake about 45 minutes after I lift. I'm not saying it's right or wrong it's just how I do it.
is there a question? im an amino junkie so i consume aminos pwo/intra/post workout....like mentioned above, focus on overall daily goals and less on timing
