Post Twin Apocalypse - Training Log

Hi Guys,

Have been out of the gym for 2 months now due to just having identical twin girls, but its time to get a routine going & have you guys hold me accountable.

I've been to the gym 4 times this week just to warm my body parts up and let them remember the constant pain & agony I'm about to put them through indefinitely. Unfortunately it seems I've lost about 25-30% of my strength which really sucks, but hoping it returns quickly.

I would ideally like to aim for 5 times a week training, 2 days on 1 day off, but its very unpredictable because of the girls.

I'm not setting specific goals in terms of bulking/cutting as diet is all over the place. I'll be happy to get strong & not get a dad bod while things are still hectic.

Training Split will be : Shoulder & Triceps, Back & Biceps, Chest & Triceps, Legs & Biceps.

This is the stash I will go going with for my comeback. Maybe its too many supps, will see how my body adjusts.
