Post Surgery Weight Gain

I'm a 19 year old college football player and I had A/C and Labrum surgery in January. I was weighing about 200 pounds when I started camp
last fall but I lost about 20 pounds from the surgery and I'm struggling to gain it back. Any dietary tips or suggested supplements that help gain weight back quickly?

How tall are you? I assume around 6 feet at 180? which is about normal weight.

If you are, do compund excercises, no cardio, and have a pre/intra/post shakes. Take you body weight in protein, and forget those weight ganiers, those are for skinny SOB's whose never been big in the first place. You lost your muscle/fat, so you have muscle memory, dont worry about it, just train and eat and sleep. Becareful not to injure yourself again.

Thanks. I think that's the best advice I've got so far. And yes I'm about 5'11". Would you recommend a test booster to get my numbers back up in the weight room? I've had a lot of success with them in the past but I've only taken a natural one. Thanks again.

Personally I think test boosters only helps little bit, its all mental when it comes to those OTC products, if it makes you feel good go for it. Id rather just get tub of creatine mono, protein, mutli, omega 3 and call it a day.

One thing I did love was size-on from gaspari for intra and dark matter for powo.
