Post pepto-pro eating

Any ideas on how long after using pepto pro can I eat? I've heard up to an hour pwo. I use the pepto in my intra and I use dextrose, creatine, betaine, and whey pwo immediately after my evening workout. Thanks in advance.

Hey cainb96. I'm not sure if I understand your question completely, but just eat whenever you want. You don't need to wait a specific amount of time (or rush) before getting a post-workout meal in. If you still have an appetite after your intra and post shakes, I'd eat whole foods when you get back from the gym.

I thought I read somewhere that you should allow 40-60 minutes to eat after using pepto pro.
